Order Processing & Shipping
All orders will be processed within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted. Domestic ground shipping can take up to 5 days or 1 week. If you wish to get the order faster, please select next day, 2nd day or 3-day shipping. Note, that if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed (even with next day shipping) on Monday during our business hours.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price and will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. We will email you after the order is placed with specific details and additional payment may be needed to proceed. Email email@example.com with questions.
For returns, all claims must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please click here to initiate a return through our easy returns system. The customer is responsible for the cost of a return, $10 is the shipping fee. Please save original packaging to make your return easier. We are happy to create a return label for you, and deduct the cost from your return to make it more simple for you. We are a small, family run business, and cannot absorb the cost of both free outgoing and incoming freight. Thank you for understanding.
Please also note: all warehouse sales, discounts of 50% or more, codes offering 50% discount or higher, are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
